By spending a greater amount of time designing and planning a project we are able to spend less time in your home and thereby minimizing our footprint. This time also gives us more of an opportunity to create elegant solutions to each unique building situation.

As builders we have many responsibilities. The first is to our clients to provide a safe, clean, and healthy worksite. This means that we are always considering our impact on the ground, the air, the water, the people, and the structure. We have a responsibility to ourselves. We are constantly striving to maintain the safest worksite possible. We will never make decisions that compromise the safety of our employees and subcontractors.
We also have a responsibility to our community which we fulfill by using sustainable and green building practices whenever possible. Green building is a moving target and generally results in tradeoffs but we feel that by continually educating ourselves and our clients we can maximize our results and minimize our footprint.
